We collect and retain the e-mail addresses of individuals who provide them to us in the course of their business dealings or prospective business dealings with AllTerra Central. We may also collect user-specific information regarding website and online store activity, page visits, and information voluntarily submitted through surveys, registrations, or other interactions.

How We Obtain E-mail Addresses

We obtain e-mail addresses from the following sources:

·       Trade shows, conferences, and events. Attendees and visitors who provide their contact information to us at an industry event, trade show, training session, open house, or demonstration, including through badge scans, sign-in sheets, business cards, drawings, or event registration lists that we are authorized to receive.

·       Direct correspondence with our teams. Customers and prospective customers who contact or correspond with our sales, service, rental, or support personnel by e-mail, telephone, text, or in person, including those who request a quote, schedule service, or purchase products from us.

All of the e-mail addresses we use are collected directly by AllTerra Central through our own website, online store, events, and personnel. It is our current practice to obtain e-mail addresses only from the sources described above. We do not purchase, rent, or harvest e-mail addresses, we do not acquire marketing contact lists from third-party data vendors or lead-identification services, and we do not acquire contact lists from sources that do not permit their use for business communications.

Website Activity and Tracking Technologies

Our website and online store use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, together with the e-commerce platform that operates our store on our behalf, to understand how visitors use our site, to process orders, to measure the performance of our communications, and to tailor the content we provide. These technologies are operated by us and by service providers acting on our instructions; they are not used to obtain contact information from outside data brokers.
