AllTerra Central has recently discovered a problem with some AT&T 4G SIM cards not connecting to the internet. We have determined the issue is the data plan and not the device it is installed in. If you have been affected by this outage, please contact AT&T and ask that they switch your data plan from Apex to Data Advantage. Once the plan is changed, your connectivity will be restored.
