AllTerra Assurance Warranty

*This AllTerra Assurance Warranty is provided by AllTerra Central Inc. ("AllTerra") to the original purchaser of the AllTerra equipment ("Customer"). This Warranty is valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase, as indicated on the Customer's purchase receipt.

Warranty Coverage:

AllTerra warrants that the equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

If the equipment is found to be faulty due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Allterra will repair or replace the equipment, or the defective parts thereof, at no cost to the Customer, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

This Warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, modifications, or repairs by anyone other than authorized AllTerra service personnel.
  • Accidents, impacts, exposure to fire, water, chemicals, or other external causes.
  • User-caused damage or user-caused error, including but not limited to improper storage, handling, installation, or maintenance.
  • This Warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship.
  • This Warranty does not apply if the serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been altered, defaced, or removed.

General Terms:

  • To obtain warranty service, the Customer must contact AllTerra customer service or filling out the service request form online.
  • The Customer is responsible for securely packaging the equipment and shipping it to the designated service center. The equipment must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  • This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Repair or replacement of the equipment or parts does not extend the original warranty period.

ALLTERRA'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE
EQUIPMENT. ALLTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.
